🫐 Blueberry Crepes (plus the Crepe Cake you've got to see)


Hey there,

As I promised you on Sunday, here are my Blueberry Crepes with mascarpone cream and blueberry compote. They look fancy but they're easy to make. And I love that everything can be prepped ahead for a truly breezy brunch that you can enjoy along with everyone else at the table.

And I had to mention my Crepe Cake because it's one of those things that looks like it might be hard to make. So I made a video to show you how accessible it really is. It's more about repetition than skill. But boy is it gorgeous!
